Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
1. Drain the tofu
Cut tofu into three pieces (about 3.5cm wide)

Grease a heated pan with plenty of oil
When the oil is heated enough to roll around
Lower the heat to low and put the whole tofu on top
Roll until golden and bake until the surface is firm.
-> Remove the moisture from the tofu and cook it well enough to move around on the pan without sticking.
Bake the sweet pumpkin on the side of the side vegetables.

When it cools down, cut it into 0.3 to 0.5cm thick pieces.
It's a success if it feels hard when the outside is crunchy!

7. Stir-fried onions
Put a spoonful of water in a pan with sauce and stir-fry onions to coat it with caramel flavor.

Put warm rice in a bowl

You can finish it with parsley or sesame seeds.
