It's pork belly and pork neck.
If I use pork belly only, it comes out too much oil, so I mixed it half and half~

Wash a bag of bean sprouts

Chop onions, peppers, and green onions.

Put 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tuna liquid, 4 tablespoons of dagda, a little bit of pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of perilla oil, and make a sauce.

On top of that, I put meat and vegetables..

Pour all the sauce over it and bring it to a boil with the lid on.

If you're done, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and you're done with bean sprout bulgogi.
You can just add sliced pork belly and if you don't like the fat, you can mix it half and half like me.
If you want to reduce the amount, make the sauce, use half, leave the half, and cook again later^^
