Super simple crab meat soup
The soup isn't hard. You can make delicious soup with ingredients that roll in the refrigerator. There was creamy and enoki mushrooms, so I made a bowl of light and filling soup. It's not much, but the taste is proper, so I'd like to introduce it to you because it's a simple hot soup dish.

  • enoki mushroom

  • leek

  • Chicken stock
    1spoon
  • Seasoned salt
    2~3little
  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Beat the eggs in a bowl in advance and slice half the green onions.
STEP 2/8
Tear crab sticks into small pieces and prepare.
STEP 3/8
Cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom and cut it in half and tear it thinly.
STEP 4/8
Put 1 spoon of oil in a pot and stir-fry chopped green onions.

Add water and boil.
STEP 6/8
Add 1 spoon of chicken stock and loosen it.
Add two or three more pinch of salt to season the lack of seasoning.

When the water starts to boil, add crab meat and enoki mushrooms and boil.

Pour the egg mixture and beat it well.
Boil for a few more minutes.
Put a little bit of sesame oil and pepper in a bowl.
I cut a cheongyang pepper as a topping and put it on top. If you add a little Cheongyang red pepper to an adult's taste, it's better because it brings out the taste of the soup as well as the lightness. For children, chop up the crami and mushrooms and put them in. (I don't know)
