Stir-fried pork belly and cabbage
My daughter who wants to eat pork belly from the morning, and there are some leftover pork belly from the previous day, so I put more cabbage than meat and stir-fried it. And it's like a salad because it's seasoned with Ponzu soy sauce. Usually, you put seasoning in meat and stir-fry it, so you can eat cabbage with meat in its original sweet taste.

Cooking Steps

Heat the pan with olive oil, add enough cabbage to fill the pan and stir-fry with 1 pinch of salt.

When the meat is cooked, pour a spoonful of alcohol into the meat and blow away the smell. Add 1 spoon of mirin and stir-fry, then add 2 to 3 spoons of ponzu soy sauce or tsuyu to finish.
