Japanese-style fried tofu (ultra-simple Agedashi Tofu)
It's a food that you make once when you have soy sauce (tsuyu, buckwheat soba jangguk, etc.) and radish. It's a simple dish that doesn't use a lot of soft tofu or oil, but it's a little different and easy to eat~ Even the elderly love it.

Ingredients
  • Tofu
    1piece
  • potato starch
    3spoon
  • Cooking oil
    5spoon
  • Radish
    4spoon
  • Scallions
  • Tzuyu
    50ml
  • Water
    200ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Sprinkle tofu with salt, wrap it in a kitchen towel, drain enough, and divide it into quarters.
STEP 2/6
Coat with starch (no matter what rice flour, flour, pancake powder, etc.) evenly. It doesn't matter what powder it is, but there is a difference between the texture and the baked shape.
STEP 3/6
Grease the pan, heat over medium heat, place tofu on top and cook until golden brown.
STEP 4/6
Grind radish while baking tofu.
STEP 5/6
Boil 50ml of tsuyu and 200ml of water in a pot, or heat in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave. It's delicious even if you eat it cold in summer.
STEP 6/6
Place tofu and radish in bowl. You can add chives, seasoned red pepper, and katsuobushi as toppings.
If there is no tsuyu, boil 200ml of water (1 cup), 45ml of soy sauce, 30ml of mirin, 1 small spoon of sugar, and 1 pinch of salt over medium heat.

There was no tzuyu and no udon again, so I made soup with soy sauce and water, but it was still delicious! Thank you for the great recipe ^^!!

I don't have tzuyu at home, so I changed it to udon again. I put green onions instead of green onions~~ My son in elementary school says it's good It's a delicacy to eat warm on a cold day I think I'll make it often.. It doesn't take a lot of work and it's easy
