I made a diet gimbap that is made without rice using cabbage, and a keto gimbap. I recommend it as a diet because it is good to shape and taste and fullness because I made it with cabbage and fried egg

Ingredients
  • Cabbage

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Use a chopping knife to chop the cabbage and wash it cleanly by soaking it in vinegar water.
STEP 2/8
Beat 6 eggs in the prepared cabbage.
STEP 3/8
Grease a pan, pour 1/3 egg and bake thickly.
If you grill it over low heat, water may come out of the cabbage, so keep it on high heat.

Blanch spinach slightly, add sesame oil and sesame salt, and mix well.

Cut the carrots and stir-fry them slightly with olive oil.

The chicken breast came out for steak, so I cut it into the right size and grilled it slightly.

Prepare gimbap laver, place cabbage garnish on top of it, chicken breast, carrot, spinach, and roll it up like when rolling gimbap.
