Spicy blue crab stew
Since blue crabs are in season these days, one of the must-eat menus is blue crabs, so I stopped eating spicy blue crab soup.

Cooking Steps

I made spicy blue crab soup thinking that my family would sit around and eat it deliciously.

I bought a lot of blue crabs at once, trimmed them in the freezer, and thought it would be great to eat them when ramen is cut off or when I think of blue crab soup, so I bought a lot.

Use a brush to wash the blue crab cleanly.

Open the inside of the crab and remove the rest.
Remove sandbags and baby hairs together.
Prepare it by cutting it in half into bite-sized pieces.

Slice radish thinly and add water, then add red pepper powder, red pepper paste, dark soy sauce, and minced garlic to mix well.

Add the trimmed blue crab together and cut it off.

In the meantime, prepare red pepper, green onion, and onion.
