  • Salt

  • red pepper paste

  • Red pepper powder
    1T
  • Sugar
    0.5T
  • brewed soy sauce
    2T
  • crushed garlic

  • Sesame oil

  • Oligosaccharide
    0.5T
  • sesame salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash garlic bell clean in running water.
STEP 2/10
Cut the cleanly washed garlic paper into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/10
Blanch the chopped garlic in boiling water with 0.5T of salt.
STEP 4/10
Blanch for about a minute and then turn off the heat.
STEP 5/10
Rinse blanched garlic paper in cold water and drain.
STEP 6/10
Put 1T of red pepper paste, 1T of red pepper powder, 0.5T of sugar, and 2T of brewed soy sauce in a bowl.
STEP 7/10
Add 0.5T of minced garlic, 1T of sesame oil, and 0.5T of oligosaccharide.
STEP 8/10
Mix the seasoning well.
STEP 9/10
Add garlic cloves to the prepared seasoning and mix until the seasoning is soaked.
STEP 10/10
Delicious red pepper paste garlic bell salad is done!
After a day or two after making it, the seasoning gets soaked and you can eat it more deliciously.
