  • whipped cream

  • Milk

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add 3 cups of water, anchovies, and kelp and start making broth
STEP 2/6
Cut or trim other ingredients while the broth is boiling
STEP 3/6
Add ingredients, red pepper paste, red pepper powder, and sugar to make tteokbokki
STEP 4/6
While tteokbokki is boiling, make cream sauce
Fold the flour into olive oil and add 1/2 cup whipped cream, 1/4 cup milk and 2 slices of bacon
STEP 5/6
When the cream sauce is done, mix it with tteokbokki
STEP 6/6
Lastly, sprinkle green onions
If you just add whipped cream to tteokbokki, it smells like milk. Make cream sauce and mix it
