STEP 1/6
Cut the cleanly washed tofu into cubes. Parboil it in boiling water.

Slice shiitake mushrooms and onions. Please cut bok choy into bite-size pieces.

I should make the sauce, right?
2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of sesame oil
Mix it well and prepare it.

Place 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 cup of minced pork in an oiled frying pan. Season with salt and pepper and stir-fry evenly.

When the pork is cooked, add the pre-cut shiitake mushrooms, onions, and bok choy and add the sauce. Stir-fry evenly, then add the blanched tofu and stir-fry evenly.

Mapa tofu is good when you eat it with rice, right? It's good to put mapo tofu on top of rice, but I like mixing it little by little, so I put it separately from rice. It's a sauce based on two heads, so the spicy taste is excellent. When I added oyster sauce, it's not just spicy, but it's savory. It tastes better because it has plenty of vegetables and is juicy. I added enough pork, so I can feel the texture and taste of the meat well. How about Mapa Tofu Rice, a simple and delicious dish for dinner tonight? ^^
If you boil tofu in advance, when you stir-fry it with tofu, there is not much water coming out of the tofu, so the seasoning doesn't fade. If you don't have two heads, add a spoon of red pepper paste and soybean paste, and it tastes similar. There aren't many houses with two heads, so it's a shame, but you can taste the same with the ingredients at home.
