STEP 1/9
A measuring spoon is about 8cc of rice used at home.
Cut 60g of dried pollack into 3-4cm pieces.
One dried pollack is the size of a regular size
It comes out about 40g after removing the hair.
The big one is 60 to 70g if you remove your hair

Cut 200g of radish into 1cm thick pieces and use it horizontally
Cut to taste.

Put dried pollack in a pot and add 6 spoons (48g) of perilla oil
Please sprinkle it. If you boil dried pollack soup in perilla oil
The soup is milder and tastier than sesame oil.
Don't put perilla oil and stir-fry it.

Add 700cc of water, cover it, and heat it on high heat
Boil for 10 minutes when the water starts to boil.
Make sure to put the lid on. That way, the moisture doesn't disappear quickly

If you boil it for 10 minutes, the soup that's like beef bone broth
It's going to come out
That doesn't mean it tastes like beef bone soup

Add 700cc of water and all the radishes
Half a spoonful of salted shrimp. 10g
Add 2 to 3g of salt 1/4 spoon
Bring to a boil until the radishes are cooked.

Boil it for about 10 minutes and the radish will be cooked deliciously.
The amount of moisture evaporation can vary from house to house due to the difference in heat
Now taste it and season it with salted shrimp or salt.
I added 1/4 spoonfuls of salt and 1~2g.

When you're done seasoning, add 15-20g of chopped green onions
Add 1 to 2 pinch of pepper powder and simmer for another minute.
If you like, you can add half a spoon of crushed garlic. Good, good, good

If you want it to be cooler, give me 100g of bean sprouts
Boil it in another pot for 1 minute and let it cool
Add green onions and boil for another minute.
