  • Red pepper powder

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Slice mushrooms thin and long and pat them with a tender to soak in the sauce.

Cut the chives and put them in a bowl.

Making Seasoning: Mix 1 tablespoon of brewed soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.

Bake mushrooms in front and back in a pan covered with cooking oil.

And coat it with the seasoning you made.
