Tomato scrambled eggs
There were a lot of cherry tomatoes in the garden, so I made scrambled eggs as a brunch menu.

  • olive oil

  • Butter
    40g
  • Salt

  • parsley

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Mix 300g of cherry tomatoes and 3 slices of garlic with 2T of olive oil.
STEP 2/4
Beat in two eggs and strain them through a sieve. Melt 50g of butter in a heated frying pan and stir-fry the eggs.
STEP 3/4
Bake cherry tomatoes and garlic slices for 10 to 15 minutes without preheating in an air fryer set to a 180-degree temperature.Add this to the fried egg and mix. Sprinkle 2g of salt.
STEP 4/4
Sprinkle lightly with parsley and serve on top.
Bake cherry tomatoes in air fryer and mix. If you put the whole thing in and bake it, every time you eat it with an egg, you can get rich tomato juice and eat it fresh.
