    500g
  • a sun-dried salt

  • Sugar

  • Red pepper powder
    3T
  • salted shrimp
    1t
  • fish sauce
    1T
  • leek
    2handful
  • crushed garlic
    1t
  • Honey
    2T
  • onion powder
    1T
  • ginger powder
    0.5t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Wash 500g of radishes with the skin and cut them into cubes
STEP 2/7
Add 2 handfuls of bay salt and 50ml of water and mix. Marinate for 30 minutes
*As much water comes out after the radish kimchi is cooked, drain as much water as possible
STEP 3/7
After 30 minutes, discard all the salted radish water and season with 1T of sugar
STEP 4/7
Please gather all the seasoning ingredients. Red pepper powder 3T, onion powder (or chopped onion) 1T, ginger powder 0.5t, salted shrimp 1t, fish sauce 1T, honey (or starch syrup, oligosaccharide) 2T, garlic powder 1t

Mix all the ingredients

Add the pickled radish to the seasoning powder and mix it with the water

It fits perfectly in a 500ml sealed container. As much as it's small, it cooks quickly and you can keep it in the refrigerator
