It's easy to use white rice, but I usually use raw rice to make it because a sick person will eat it.
Also, it's good to use kelp anchovy stock for water, but if you don't have it, bottled water is fine.

1. Carrots have their own strong taste, so you have to stir-fry them for a long time. Stir-fry until the surface changes color slightly. Stir-fry onions for a long time to make them sweet, but in porridge, the texture is better to chew than soft, and when caramelized, the color does not match the porridge, so stir-fry onions only enough to remove the unique strong scent. 2. Amount of water: 2 to 3 times the amount of rice and 5 times the amount of raw rice if you use cooked rice 3. Crushed sesame is better than sesame. I'm especially sensitive when I'm sick, so please mash it. 4. Soup soy sauce and salt are really enough, but if you want a rich taste with broth, please add half a spoon of green tea. Usually, when the porridge is almost done, you beat the eggs, The cleanliness of vegetable porridge disappeared, so I prefer not to put it in. * For raw rice, it takes a long time to boil, so you have to think about the total cooking time for 30 minutes.
