This menu is the most delicious season at this time when the cabbages are sweet. If you eat sweet cabbage with sauce, it looks like a salad, and it has a different pungent taste with white kimchi.

  • onion
    1/8ea
  • Green pepper
    1/2ea
  • Red pepper

  • thick soy sauce

  • Vinegar

  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop the peppers and onions into small pieces.
STEP 2/8
Wash 1/4 heads of cabbage.
STEP 3/8
Place chopped vegetables in a bowl.
STEP 4/8
Mix the seasoning ingredients according to the ratio.
STEP 5/8
Mix well until sugar dissolves.
STEP 6/8
Steam over high heat for 6 minutes in a steaming steamer.
STEP 7/8
Put the steamed cabbage in a bowl and cool it down.
STEP 8/8
Pour the sauce in between and it's done. (It goes well with meat, rice topped with rice, or fried rice.). Please refrigerate what is left after eating.)
Cabbage should never be steamed to a pulp. Make sure to cook on high heat.
