It's really good. But it tends to get a little greasy when you eat it. I'll share how to reduce the oil and fry it with a little bit of oil at the end, making it crispy and soft inside sweet potato croquette.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Peel and mash 5 small sweet potatoes, chop carrots and onions into small pieces, and tear all the crami in the grain.
STEP 2/7
Add 5 spoons of milk, 3 spoons of mayonnaise, 0.5T of salt, and pepper and mix.
You can add milk and season it to your taste.
STEP 3/7
Roll it round and dress it in the order of frying powder (flour) > egg > bread crumbs.
STEP 4/7
Sprinkle oil on it.
STEP 5/7
Heat it up in the air fryer at 170 degrees for 3 minutes
Bake 10 minutes front and back for 5 minutes each.
STEP 6/7
It's good to just eat it like this, but due to the nature of the air fryer, it doesn't get very golden, so I put a little bit of oil on it and baked it more golden.
STEP 7/7
You can go with ketchup.
