Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, soak them in water for 5 minutes, and drain them.

Cover it with plastic wrap and heat it in the microwave for 4 to 7 minutes.

When the sweet potatoes are hot, mash them with sugar and butter. Pour the milk into 2~3 times and mix it.

Defrost two frozen pie sheets, sprinkle flour so that they do not stick, and spread them out to a thickness of about 3mm using a rolling pin.

Leave about 1cm above the pie sheet and spread the sweet potato dough on the rest.

Roll it up and cut it.

Mix the yolk and water. Spread the prepared yolk on the oven pan with the pie facing up.

Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and bake in the oven.

The part with the yolk is well baked into pretty brown. It's a simple and delicious sweet potato pie.
The degree of baking varies depending on the type of oven you use, so please adjust the time while watching it bake. I baked for 25 minutes at 915W 180. (Example: 1000W 220 10 minutes)
