Diet rice with rice! Rice with tomato egg
I heard that tomatoes are good for dieting, so I thought about what to eat, and I made it and tried it! It goes well with it and it's delicious. Haha :)

Ingredients
  • cherry tomato
    15~20ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • mixed grain rice
    1/2bowl
  • Xylose sugar
    1spoon
  • Oyster sauce
    1/2spoon
  • Cooking oil
    4~5spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare the ingredients. Haha
You can make it quickly and eat it! :)
STEP 2/6
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the onions into thick pieces. Beat the eggs separately and prepare them!
STEP 3/6
Add eggs and make scrambled eggs with cooking oil.
Cook only about 70 to 80% and store it in a separate bowl.
STEP 4/6
Add the onion in the oil and stir-fry it slightly with cherry tomatoes almost immediately, then add a spoonful of xylose and stir-fry for about a minute.
STEP 5/6
Add the egg stored separately and stir-fry about half a spoon of oyster sauce.
STEP 6/6
Flatten half a bowl of multi-grain rice and place stir-fried tomato eggs on top!
I added sesame seeds (optional) to finish
