A simple recipe for bulgogi with mushrooms
Originally, I like Ttukbaegi bulgogi more, but I wanted to put it on the rice and eat it simply, so I made bulgogi mushroom rice. I made bulgogi mushroom rice to solve the problem because I have a lot of mushrooms at home! Make it delicious and eat it. :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
First, prepare beef. I prepared beef for bulgogi. I used the kitchen towel after removing a little bit of color.
And put beef in a bowl and put 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of soju, and 1 spoon of soy sauce.
I didn't have cooking wine at home, so I put soju instead.
Put it in like this and season it.

I shredded onions and carrots, and I like mushrooms, so I prepared all kinds of mushrooms.
(To be honest, there were a lot of mushrooms left after eating shabu-shabu!)
Enoki mushrooms, button mushrooms, and oyster mushrooms are cut and prepared to be easy to eat.

Put the marinated meat on the pan and stir-fry it well. Stir-fry the meat until the surface is cooked without having to cook it thoroughly.

When the meat is cooked, add pre-shredded carrots and onions. And I'll stir-fry it.

When the onion was about to cook, I added all the mushrooms.
There are a lot of mushrooms, right? :)
And I'll stir-fry it again. I can already smell the delicious smell.

When the mushroom is out of breath, I'm going to season it.
Stir-fry 1.5 spoons of soy sauce, 0.7 spoons of oyster sauce, and 0.5 spoons of sugar.

The ingredients are being stir-fried well to make bulgogi mushroom rice.
I put about 4 spoons of water and stir-fry it a little more.
And after tasting it, please add the insufficient liver.
I liked it, so I didn't season it separately.

There was a glass noodles that I had soaked in advance.
So I added the soaked glass noodles. You can skip the glass noodles.
And I didn't take a picture, but I added starch water and adjusted the concentration to a little thick. I put potato starch powder. In a separate bowl, add 1 spoon of starch powder and 3 spoons of water to make starch water and adjust the concentration little by little.

Bulgogi rice with mushrooms is complete!
I didn't put a lot at once, but I put a little bit on top of it and made fried rice with leftover bulgogi.
Why does it taste even better because you can cook two dishes at once. :) The rice bowl is soft and the fried rice is savory.

It was so good to eat it with nutritious mushroom bulgogi rice with simple ingredients. There are mushrooms in the children's favorite bulgogi seasoning, so children eat well.
When I adjust the concentration with starch water, it feels like Chinese food.
It is bulgogi mushroom rice that you can eat without worrying about side dishes if you make it simple for one meal.
