STEP 1/7
Put pork back ribs in cold water and drain the blood for about an hour
It's good to change the water in between
STEP 2/7
Put the seasoning ingredients in a blender and grind them
(Pear + Vietnamese pepper + Korean soy sauce + dark soy sauce + cooking wine + plum syrup + sugar + spicy pepper powder + minced garlic)
STEP 3/7
Put the pork back ribs in a pot and boil them to remove the smell
Add the deodorant ingredients and bring to a boil
When the water starts to boil, turn off the heat and wash the ribs with running water
STEP 4/7
I'm going to use a pressure cooker to cook
Put the pork back ribs in a pressure cooker and pour the seasoning that you made
I added a little bit of water to cover the ribs
STEP 5/7
I cooked it in multi-purpose steamed mode for 30 minutes
STEP 6/7
I put the cooked pork back ribs in a pot and boiled the sauce down
Remove the oil from the pork
STEP 7/7
When the sauce is boiled down to a certain extent
Add the green onions, chili peppers, and shiitake mushrooms and boil them for 3 minutes
Using a pressure cooker makes the meat tender in a short time
Make sure to remove the smell and cook!
If you want to add potatoes, transfer from a pressure cooker to a skillet and cook them together as they begin to boil
