STEP 1/19
Peel and trim potatoes and onions.

Chop the onion into thin slices.

Cut the potatoes into big chunks.

Put cooking oil in a pot.

Add onions and stir-fry over low heat.

Stir-fry slowly until brown.

Add the potatoes and stir-fry.

Add curry powder.

Stir to mix evenly.

Add a little bit of water and dissolve the raw powder.

When you put all the water in, boil it over medium low heat.

When it boils, stir it once so that the bottom does not stick.

Cover potatoes when they are fluffy.

Put the cuts in the sausage.

Stir-fry it in a pan.

Boil water in a pot and add udon noodles.

Add thick soy sauce and season a little.

Remove the noodles and put them in a bowl.

Place curry and sausage on top.(You can eat the remaining curry with pork cutlet or use it as curry rice.)
If you don't want to boil noodles separately, you can boil them in curry at the end. Curry needs to be cooked a little more green than when you eat it with rice to blend with the noodles and have a strong taste
