Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add 2 pinch of salt and 2 pinch of pepper.

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper finely using a fork or whisk.

Trim about 2 mini paprika. First, cut the paprika in half and take out the seeds

Cut it long, place it neatly, and cut it into small pieces.

Place on a non-greased pan.

Put the beaten egg mixture in step 2 on rice paper about a quarter. Turn the heat down below medium heat.

Place the paprika and chopped green onions cut in step 4 before the egg mixture is fully cooked.

Place the pizza cheese on the top, spreading slightly from the center.

Pour in a little more egg mixture (about a spoonful) to make it adhere well.

After adding all the ingredients, cover the top with a sheet of rice paper like a lid.

Turn it over with a spatula and cook it until the pizza cheese on the other side melts well, and it's done.

I cut it in half to make it easy to eat. It's seasoned with salt, so you can just eat it, and it tastes better with hot sauce.
