Making Soybean Paste Soup with Siraegi
My mom used to make this soup often when I was young, so I make it often. It's savory and nutritious, and it's the best.

Ingredients
  • dried radish greens

  • Soybean paste

  • Korean style soy sauce
    1TS
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • the liquid of tuna
    1TS
  • Water
    1L
  • Anchovy

  • Sea tangle

  • Barley shrimp
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Boil dried radish greens, soak them in cold water for half a day, and cut them into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/5
Add 10 anchovies, 1 piece of kelp, and bori shrimp to 1000ml water and boil for 10 minutes to make broth.
STEP 3/5
Dissolve 1+1/2 soybean paste in the broth.
Please mix it moderately because each soybean paste has a different salinity.
STEP 4/5
Add 1 tablespoon of tuna liquid, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic and season.
STEP 5/5
Bring to a boil and place in a bowl.
