Put the ground beet, ginger, lemon juice, and hot water and boil it for about 10 minutes.

Strain the tea out using a strainer.

Add honey to the once filtered beet water and mix.

Add honey and mix beet water into a cup.

Pour hot water into a cup.
Adjust the sugar content to your liking.
