STEP 1/11
The broth is natural seasoning seafood broth, and add minced garlic, green onions, and coriander leaves to it and boil it to prepare the basic shrimp wonton broth.
STEP 2/11
It's frozen shrimp. Shrimps are big.
STEP 3/11
Wash and drain and remove the tail skin.
STEP 4/11
Grind it in a blender. You don't have to go too fine.
STEP 5/11
Put the ground shrimp in a bowl. If you grind the shrimp, it becomes viscous on its own. So you don't have to add starch powder when you make meatballs.
STEP 6/11
Instead, add eggs and season them. Add garlic herb salt and pepper and that's it. And continue to beat it in one direction. Then it becomes a sticky dough.
STEP 7/11
Grab a handful of this dough with your hand and pull it out upward using your index finger and your sternum.
STEP 8/11
Add it to the boiling broth right away. Do not stir until done. This is because stirring can release the complete soup. Start with the liver. Make it with salted hairtail fish and tuna fish sauce. Then simmer for 2 minutes and stir slowly. Then, the ripe shrimp meatballs float. Lastly, if you sprinkle pepper, this is shrimp wonton soup with a cool and chewy texture.
STEP 9/11
I just ate a bowl of shrimp wonton soup and prepared rice noodles to put in the leftover shrimp wonton soup.
STEP 10/11
Add rice noodles to the boiled shrimp meat soup. You can just put it in right away. Stir it well. When the noodles are cooked, it's done.
STEP 11/11
Shrimp wonton rice noodles made with shrimp wonton are complete. The cool soup taste and the bouncy shrimp meatball!!! And it's shrimp wantang rice noodle that fits perfectly with the soft rice noodles are perfect in three beats.
