STEP 1/16
trimming vegetables
First, prepare the ingredients.
I just melted the shrimp using cocktail shrimp.
STEP 2/16
I'd like to have half an onion shredded.
STEP 3/16
Slice the garlic, please.
STEP 4/16
Cut the paprika into small pieces, please.
(Use the vegetables at home for vegetables. I put paprika and broccoli in it. Broccoli was blanched and frozen in the freezer, so I melted it and used it.)
STEP 5/16
Preparing the panes
It's also called a panne or baguette roll. Cut off the top with a knife and cut out the bread from the inside into a bowl. It's soft bread, so it's easy to tear. When the pasta is done, it tastes better if you dip the bread in the pasta sauce. You can just eat it.
STEP 6/16
Boil pasta noodles
When the ingredients are ready, add enough water to the pot and bring to a boil with salt.
When the water boils, add the pasta noodles and cook for about 5 minutes.
STEP 7/16
If you put the water on the stove and start cooking, the pasta noodles will cook, and it will be about the right time to put it in the sauce.
Korean noodles are seasoned because they are kneaded with salt when kneading noodles, but pasta noodles are kneaded without seasoning. So it's better to season it with salt.
STEP 8/16
Stir-fry it
Pour olive oil about 3T in a frying pan and stir-fry sliced garlic slightly.
STEP 9/16
When the garlic scent comes up a little, add the chopped onions and stir-fry them together.
STEP 10/16
Stir-fry the prepared vegetables and cocktail shrimp.
STEP 11/16
boiling with milk and cheese
When you make cream pasta, you usually use milk and whipped cream. I bought whipped cream a few times and made it, but I ended up throwing away the leftover whipped cream every time. That's why I don't have to buy fresh cream anymore. It's a bit disappointing to make cream pasta like this. If you don't have whipped cream, add cheese instead to make it more savory.
STEP 12/16
Add shrimp and vegetables and cook together.
STEP 13/16
If you see the shrimp ripening red, add 400ml of milk and 6 slices of cheddar cheese and boil it while melting the cheese. Add as much cheese as you like. After eating it, I could put in a little more.
STEP 14/16
Stir-fry pasta noodles
When the cheddar cheese melts and the milk starts to boil, add the cooked pasta noodles and stir-fry with the sauce.
STEP 15/16
Season with salt and pepper
Try the sauce and season it with 1/2t of salt and pepper.
You can also cut and add Cheongyang red pepper. It helps with the greasiness and it's spicy, so I end up eating more.
STEP 16/16
Putting pasta in the panes
Pane pasta tastes better with a lot of sauce. Don't let the sauce boil down too much so that it won't disappear.
Place the finished pasta in the hollowed-out panes.
