STEP 1/9
There will be things you like as ingredients for soybean paste stew.
I took out the vegetables that go well with sea squirts at home.
Radish, onions, and pumpkins.
It feels like radish sea squirt goes well with the taste.
STEP 2/9
Let me cut the ingredients.
I cut sea squirts into small pieces, and cut them into the same size as radishes, onions, and pumpkins.
I chopped garlic and prepared it.
STEP 3/9
Put 500 grams of water first, and turn on the heat.
STEP 4/9
A spoonful of my mom's doenjang
(It's about 1 1/2 tbsp.)
Beat well so that the lump doesn't form.
STEP 5/9
Boil the rest of the ingredients except sea squirt.
STEP 7/9
I'll add sea squirt now.
The moment you put it in, it's going to be crazy.
The smell of the sea is very strong
STEP 8/9
It's so delicious even though there's no other sauce.
STEP 9/9
Boil it like this, and the taste comes out of the ingredients and it becomes a thick soup.
Taste it and if it's not enough, you can add a spoon of green tea.
It wasn't lacking, actually.
To make it more delicious, I added a bit of Yeondoo
I said it's a cool soybean paste stew that smells like the sea.
After writing it down, I think that expression is perfect.
I only added one sea squirt, but it has a strong sea scent as if it were a whole sea.
With radish in it, doenjang jjigae feels cool.
