Grease a heated pan and stir-fry sliced garlic.

When the garlic is golden brown, tear the clean oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry them.

When the mushrooms become watery, stir-fry rice and soy sauce.
STEP 4/6
When the rice is fried, add chopped green onions and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/6
Season with pepper and salt.
STEP 6/6
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil.
If you want it spicy, add hot pepper^^
