Break 5 eggs and put 1 spoon of cooking wine in a bowl
Put it in and mix it well.

Spread sesame oil evenly on the bottom and sides of the earthen pot.

Put 5/4 cups of water in an earthen pot.

Add 2 spoons of salted shrimp and 2 skewers of sugar and boil it over high heat.

Pour the egg mixture while maintaining high heat.

Keep stirring in one direction.
STEP 7/10
Continue stirring until smooth, slowly swelling, about two-thirds cooking.
STEP 8/10
Cover with a soup bowl or pan that fits the size of the earthen pot and cook it for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

Open the lid and it's done!!

Add garnish with chives or green onion sesame seeds
