Japanese home-style low-calorie glass noodles & stir-fried bell

  • Cooking oil

  • Sesame oil

  • Soy sauce
    1~2T
  • Water
    150cc
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Wash bell pepper clean, remove inside and cut vertically.
STEP 2/7
Pour cooking oil on a frying pan and stir-fry ginger and pork.
STEP 3/7
Stir-fry the pork until the redness disappears.
If there's a big piece of pork, cut it with scissors!
STEP 4/7
Add the cut bell pepper and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/7
Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and water and bring to a boil.
STEP 6/7
Add harusame (low-calorie glass noodles), close the lid of the pot and bring to a boil over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
STEP 7/7
If you add sesame oil and sesame seeds before you wrap up, that's it!
