There was a bag of Vienna sausages, so I made it with leftover vegetables in the refrigerator. Even when I get older, I still have a taste for elementary school children, so I like sausage dishes these days, but I added ketchup and sriracha sauce to add a sour and spicy taste and enjoyed it. It's an easy side dish that's good for cleaning the refrigerator and making it easily.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Slice pumpkins, carrots, and onions into flat bite-size pieces. It's made of vegetables in the refrigerator, and if you stir-fry it with paprika or green peppers, it's good because it's crunchy. I'm proud that you used the remaining vegetables well

I prepared a large Vienna sausage, and I'll cut it one by one. You can blanch the sausage in boiling water and eat it more lightly, but I just used it right away because I was lazy

Put pumpkin, carrot, and onion in a pan, oil them, and stir-fry them quickly over high heat.

When the onion is clear, add the Vienna sausage and stir-fry.

When the sausage cuts open and stir-fry, add 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide.
