STEP 1/11

You can buy rice cake and use it. If you make it yourself, put 60g of rice powder, 60g of starch powder, 1T of sugar, and 0.5t of salt in a bowl
*You can use flour instead of rice powder to make flour rice cake

Pour 75g of hot water into a pot and stick it together with a spoon

*For the rice cakes you bought, skip the process and blanch them in the pot to make them soft

Cut the steamed rice cake into tteokbokki pieces and put it in a rice cooker

Add defrosted shrimp, add 8T of teriyaki sauce, 2T of water, and reheat for 9 minutes

Turn it upside down and season with 1T of sesame oil

Sprinkle sesame seeds and teriyaki sauce tteokbokki is done
*I like beef instead of shrimp. Heat it up for 9 minutes. When it's not fully cooked, heat it up for 9 minutes again
