Zucchini shrimp pancake using shrimp powder and dried shrimp pan
I'm going to shake off the refrigerator again. I was thinking about something to eat instead of rice, so I decided to make Korean pancakes. There are ingredients for pumpkin and chives I decided to put in barley shrimp that would look good on me.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
When I took out the zucchini, chives and enoki mushrooms came out one after another
I also took out barley shrimp that matches the taste perfectly.
I don't know about other ingredients, but I think it would be good to have dried shrimp, zucchini, and chives.
I was disappointed with the color, so I added carrots.
I just need more pancake mix here.
STEP 2/17
I weighed barley shrimp out of curiosity today, and it's 11 grams :)
STEP 3/17
Cut it into the right size
Pumpkin has a lot of moisture, so I cut it slightly thick.
Can you see the difference in thickness between carrots and pumpkins
STEP 4/17
If you just fry the pumpkin like this, it gets too muddy.
It's good to sprinkle salt on the moist ingredients first to remove moisture.
STEP 5/17
Put pumpkin and mushroom in a bowl
I sprinkled salt on it.
STEP 6/17
While the pumpkins and mushrooms are being pickled
I'll grind the barley shrimp.
Unlike other dried shrimp, barley shrimp is small in size, so it's okay to just put it in like this, but today, I made it into powder and put it in.
Can you imagine the shrimp scent that's spread over the dough?
STEP 7/17
How many times does it take for the hand blender to split like this.
I was thinking about making it more beautiful, but I thought it'd be good to chew a little bit, so I finished it like this.
STEP 8/17
After some time, I'm out of breath and there's water.
Don't pour out this water. I'll just use it as it is.
STEP 9/17
There's a lot of dried shrimp powder, right?
Shrimp powder!
STEP 10/17
Carrots and chives!
STEP 11/17
I'll put in the pancake mix.
STEP 12/17
I put in about four tablespoons of flour.
Just add enough flour to connect the ingredients
I added two tablespoons of water to this.
STEP 13/17
You can barely see the flour, right?
The dough is done.
The shrimp smell is already very good.
STEP 14/17
I'll put some more oil on it.
STEP 15/17
I made the first plate in a small size so it's easy to eat.
STEP 16/17
Flip it over.
If you fry it until it's golden, that's it!
STEP 17/17
I made the second round big like this.
There's not a lot of powder, so it's a little less crispy, It would've been bad if it was crispy. I wouldn't have known if one of them disappeared The combination of shrimp and pumpkin flavor is really good. Since a long time ago, when you stir-fry pumpkins, you add salted shrimp. It's a taste combination without failure. Pumpkin, chives, shrimp. Enoki mushrooms and carrots that go together go well together. I think it would have been really good with onions and hot pepper.
