STEP 1/8
The main ingredients are beef and radish.
I prepared beef for shabu shabu.
I like beef brisket, too.
It's thin meat, so it cooks quickly and uses it like a cheat key to quickly boil the soup.

Cut the radish into appropriate sizes.
I'm making soup for 2 people, but I think it's too much, so I made it a little less than the picture.

Boil radish in 500ml of water.

I also put in beef.
Beef that doesn't bleed out will bubble as it boils.
If you want to remove all the foam cleanly, you have to put it in before the radish, remove the foam, and add the radish, but the cooking time is not long, so you have to boil it enough to bring out the taste from the radish. So I put radish and meat together and boiled it

When it starts to boil, bubbles form like this.
Hurry up and take out the foam

If you work on it a few times, it comes off clean.
STEP 7/8
Remove the foam and add a spoonful of minced garlic.
STEP 8/8
Add 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, please.

I don't think there's anything in it, but the combination of radish, beef, and garlic is very good.
It's a bowl of rice because it's seasoned perfectly.
On a busy morning, take your time to start by making a simple soup :)
