Making pork kimchi duruchigi
I made a simple stir-fried pork with front leg meat and sour kimchi ^^ It's good to blanch tofu and eat it with tofu kimchi ~^^

Ingredients

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • cooking wine

  • Sugar

  • red pepper paste

  • Soy sauce

  • Red pepper powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Prepare the ingredients. Chop the onion, green onion, and Cheongyang red pepper and chop the garlic.
STEP 2/11
Press down on the pork with a kitchen towel to remove the color and mix it well with 2 spoons of cooking wine and pepper.

Cut kimchi into bite-size pieces with scissors
Add 2/1 spoon of sugar and mix well.
STEP 4/11
Add 1.5 spoons of red pepper paste, 2 spoons of red pepper powder, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1.5 spoon of sugar, and half spoon of pepper-talk sesame oil and mix well.

Add the sauce to the pork and mix well.
STEP 6/11
Then add the kimchi and mix it again.

Put 2 spoons of cooking oil in a heated pan and green onion
Stir-fry it over low heat.
STEP 8/11
When the scented green onion comes up, add pork and kimchi and stir-fry them over medium heat.

Stir-fry until the meat is cooked, then add onions and stir-fry.
STEP 10/11
Stir-fry the onions and meat until they are fully cooked, then add Cheongyang red pepper at the end and stir-fry slightly.
