Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Blanch walnuts in boiling water for 1 minute and rinse slightly under running water to drain. Bake the air fryer at 180 degrees for 6 minutes.

Prepare 100g of roasted walnuts and 100g of roasted almonds by chopping them into small pieces.
STEP 3/5
Prepare two bowls of different sizes, pour hot water into a large bowl, and add a small bowl. In a small bowl, melt 260g of compound chocolate chips.

Add cheese sticks to chocolate and coat evenly. Add cheese sticks with chocolate on almonds, sesame seeds, and walnut powder.
STEP 5/5
Mix all the almonds, sesame seeds, and walnut powder in the remaining chocolate, leaving 20 cheese sticks. Place in mold or parchment paper and harden in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Blanch walnuts slightly in boiling water and bake them in an air fryer to make them crispy.
