STEP 1/8
I wanted to put a lot of sea squirt in it, so I bought a lot.
STEP 2/8
I tried it with lettuce, perilla leaves, cabbage, and cucumbers, and I can taste the fragrant taste of sea squirt the best when I eat it with young leaves or sprouts.
So I make sea squirt bibimbap with soft sprout or young leaves.
Wash sprouts in water and drain them from the sieve.
STEP 3/8
Scoop rice into a bowl and let it cool slightly. I don't like it if the rice is too hot
And put the vegetables in a pretty way
STEP 4/8
After putting all the vegetables on top, cut sea squirt into bite-size pieces.
Put some sesame oil on it
STEP 5/8
Put some red pepper paste on it
Sprinkle sesame seeds and you'll get a fragrant sea squirt bibimbap with spring flowers.
I can't see sesame seeds in the picture, but I put it in later
STEP 6/8
Isn't the visual so pretty??
Sea squirt bibimbap that you can eat with your eyes!!
It's very simple to make, but the visual and taste are great!
STEP 7/8
If you mix it all together and take a bite, the scent spreads out!!
For those who can't eat raw sea squirt, you can enjoy it if you cut it into small pieces and add a lot of vegetables^^
STEP 8/8
Sea squirt bibimbap, a spring dish that captures the visuals, taste, and nutrition at once
Make sure to try it before this spring passes!!
