5T of soy sauce, 3T of red pepper powder, 1T of soju,
1T of minced garlic, 3T of minced green onion, 1T of oligosaccharide,
Add 2T of plum extract, 1T of sesame oil, 1/2T of container
You mix it well, but with just the soy sauce
I can feel the taste.
Dried skate should be soaked enough.
It becomes soft when steamed after soaking.
