How about potato soup in this chilly weather?
I made this potato soup because I thought of warm soup as the weather got cold. I added cheddar cheese and made a soup with half potato and half cheddar cheese. If you don't like the scent of cheddar cheese, you should reduce the amount of cheddar cheese. I like croutons, so they put croutons on top and bacon on top, so it was good as a hearty meal.

  • Potato

  • onion

  • leek
    10g
  • Water
    300g
  • Milk
    100g
  • whipped cream
    150g
  • Cheddar cheese
    2piece
  • Parmesan cheese powder
    15g
  • Butter
  • olive oil
  • a plain bread
  • Butter
  • Bacon
  • ground pepper
  • parsley powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Chop the onion.

Cut the green onion into thin slices.

Slice the potatoes thinly, too.

Add enough butter and olive oil and stir-fry onions and green onions.

1. I didn't season it separately. There is bacon that goes up together, so if you eat it together, it tastes good, Season to taste.
