Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Slice the pork thinly and season it

Add starch and divide it into two ways
If you put it in, it doesn't clump and it gets on evenly.
Chop vegetables into small squares with chives
STEP 2/5
Preheat the pan over medium heat in a small pan to use less oil, add cooking oil, and add the meat so that it does not clump together when the oil temperature rises.
Fry over medium heat and medium heat
You can see that it's crispy at the end of the chopsticks.
STEP 3/5
Please prepare the sauce water.
Taste to taste before mixing starch
STEP 4/5
Fry the meat and lightly fry the vegetables in the remaining oil
Take it out in about 10 seconds
Throw away the oil left in the pan
Pour sauce water into the pan and add vegetables when it boils, turn off the heat and add chives when it boils for a while.
The sauce is complete.
STEP 5/5
If you pour it into the meat, you can eat the meat softly
You can eat it crispy even when it's cold.
Garnish with a little broccoli sprouts and eat it with sauce.
Don't put starch powder all at once, but divide it into 3 times Mix it with 3T, mix it with 3T, mix it with 4T at the end, and it's really crispy. It's a thick sauce, but if you want a lighter sauce, measure it with 400mm water
