This is a detailed recipe for CHANYEOL's Tteokbokki made with th
CHANYEOL's Tteokbokki is so popular now It's almost like my ex-boyfriend's toast. It's the only tteokbokki recipe I can make. I don't really like tteokbokki that much. But I still like it, so I made it from time to time. Even then, it only relieves the desire to eat, I didn't like all the tteokbokki recipes. But I'm completely settled on Chanyeol's tteokbokki recipe. This recipe has reduced the amount of sugar to suit my taste.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Rinse tteokbokki rice cakes a couple of times.
Tteokbokki rice cake contains alcohol called liquor.
When you rinse it in water, the smell of alcohol goes away and the rice cake doesn't feel sticky. You can soak it in water beforehand.
Of course, it doesn't matter if you just use it.
STEP 2/7
Pour water into a pot or pan and add rice cake and sugar.
STEP 3/7
When the water in the pot boils, add red pepper paste.
STEP 4/7
Following the red pepper paste, add soy sauce and red pepper powder and boil over medium heat until the water is reduced by half.
The rice cake may stick to the floor, so don't leave it alone and stir from time to time.
STEP 5/7
When the water decreases, add fish cake. You can add eggs to your liking.
Add the fish cake and boil it for about 2 minutes, and the tteokbokki is done.
STEP 6/7
You can boil tteokbokki until it becomes the soup of the desired texture.
Be careful not to stick to the rice cake!
Add green onions in the finishing process.
STEP 7/7
It's done!
Put it on a plate!
I reduced the amount of sugar because the recipe was sweet to my taste. Don't shorten it beyond what I've shortened. It's a recipe where sugar plays an important role. The order of seasoning is important, so it doesn't matter if you add more ingredients, but it's better to keep the order of seasoning.
