STEP 1/13
First, marinate the beef for steak and marinate it.
I've told you how to grill steak several times.
Press the beef with a kitchen towel to remove the blood and sprinkle plenty of olive oil, salt, and pepper to leave it unattended for 10 to 15 minutes.
STEP 2/13
After seasoning the steak, you can trim the vegetables for the white tea.
I put in red, yellow paprika and onions, but you can replace them with the vegetables you have.
You can add bell peppers, bean sprouts, and olives.
Personally, it was even better when I blanched the bean sprouts and ate them together.
STEP 3/13
Slice paprika into bite-size pieces without wick, and chop cilantro.
Mexican white tea is eaten with cilantro, but if you can't eat cilantro, of course you can take it out, right?
STEP 4/13
We also prepare various sauces and custard cheese.
It's better to prepare it because it tastes twice as good if you wrap it with cheese on it.
I made guacamole because I have frozen avocado puree, but you can skip it or use a commercial product.
I prepared sour cream and chopped onions and jalapeno in commercial salsa sauce.
STEP 5/13
Shrimps can be prepared with whole shrimp, but it'll taste better if you make it with prawn, which is in season these days, right?
If it's frozen shrimp, defrost it in advance, soak it in cold water with a drop or two of lemon juice, and rinse it to help remove fishy smell.
STEP 6/13
Season the shrimp with 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp olive oil, half a tsp chili powder, and pepper.
If you don't have it, you can bake it in butter.
You can add fine red pepper powder or paprika seasoning.
STEP 7/13
First, grill the beef on a heated pan.
I bake it first because it's delicious when I rest it, but if you don't, you can bake it later.
To bake steak, place the steak in a pan heated over high heat, bake crispy on the outside, wrap it in foil and cook over residual heat.
STEP 8/13
During the steak rest, add a little olive oil and stir-fry paprika and onions until they are breathtaking.
If it's cooked too much, the texture disappears, so stir-fry it a little bit.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and stir-fry.
STEP 9/13
You can grill the marinated shrimp until it's golden brown.
If it's not seasoned because there's no seasoning, it's good enough to grill it with butter.
STEP 10/13
If you grill the tortilla in a dry pan, it's almost done making white tea.
I can eat it after plating, right?
Cut tortillas into quarters and cut them into bite-size pieces.
STEP 11/13
After 5 to 10 minutes of steak restoration, you can cut it into bite-size pieces and put it on a plate.
STEP 12/13
Steak, shrimp, stir-fried vegetables, cheese, and tortilla
If you put the various sauces on the plate, the white tea making is done.
The visuals are overwhelming, so I'm strongly recommending home party food.
It's pretty easy to make.
STEP 13/13
Put grilled vegetables and custard cheese on top, put shrimp or steak on top, and sprinkle or dip it in the sauce you want
The one person who loves sauce is Mexican white tea, which is a flavor that I really like.
I'd really like to recommend a tortilla dish!
You can put in or take out the TIP.
You can prepare guacamole according to your preference, make salsa sauce, or use the market.
I used sirloin for beef, but other parts are okay. You can also skip coriander or chili powder.
