STEP 1/11
Shred the radishes to 0.5cm thick, or use a chopping knife to cut them and pickle them with salt.
STEP 2/11
Chop the green onions into 0.5*0.5cm pieces.
STEP 3/11
It's just perfect if the salted radish is soaked enough not to cut even if it's bent in half, but when it's a little salty, drain it on a strainer.
STEP 4/11
Place 2T cooking oil in pan and heat over medium heat.
STEP 5/11
Add pickled radish and stir-fry over high heat.
STEP 6/11
When the radish is lightly fried, add garlic and fish sauce and stir-fry.
STEP 7/11
When the radish is cooked to a certain extent, add perilla oil and stir-fry to flavor.
STEP 8/11
Lastly, add green onions and stir-fry perilla oil and green onions to blend well.
STEP 9/11
Add sesame seeds and don't forget to stir-fry it on the highest heat to make sure to stir-fry it without moisture^^
STEP 10/11
Ta-da! The radish greens that are fried in oil are done.
STEP 11/11
Put as much as you want on a plate and put the rest right away into the storage container so that the heat in the pan doesn't get water
You have to stir-fry a small amount in a wide pan to make less water. If you are greedy and make a lot at once, you will end up with radish soup
