  • Fried tofu

  • dried seaweed for kimbap

  • Pickled radish

  • Eggs
    3ea
  • Sesame oil

  • Sesame

  • Seasoned salt

  • Water

  • thick soy sauce
    2.5spoon
  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Squeeze the water out of the fried tofu and shred it
STEP 2/7
Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry fried tofu and 2 spoons of sugar
STEP 3/7
Add 2 1/2 spoons of soy sauce and 1/4 cup water and boil it down
STEP 4/7
Mix 3 eggs with 3 pinch of salt and scramble
STEP 5/7
Put 2 skewers of salt, 1 spoon of sesame oil, and 1 spoon of sesame seeds into a bowl and a half of rice
Mix it
STEP 6/7
Spread the rice on the seaweed and roll it with fried tofu, egg, and pickled radish
STEP 7/7
After applying sesame oil to the rolled gimbap and cutting it into bite-size pieces, enjoy it!
