STEP 1/14
Cut the green onion into 0.5*0.5.
STEP 2/14
Slice 3 whole garlic slices thinly and chop them into the same size as green onions.
STEP 3/14
Cut the refreshing pepper into 1cm pieces
STEP 4/14
Cut the half of the onion into 1cm pieces.
STEP 5/14
Cut the squid mouth, the main ingredient, into 4 pieces and remove any hard foreign substances inside.
STEP 6/14
Please take out all the seasoning you want to use in advance, and if you have ginger liquor like me, it's good to use it instead of cooking wine.
STEP 7/14
Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and pepper in advance.
STEP 8/14
Place chili oil in pan, add garlic, green onions, and Vietnamese pepper over medium heat and stir-fry until garlic is golden brown to flavor the oil.
STEP 9/14
As shown in the picture, all ingredients need to be in the oil so that it doesn't burn and the scent is cut.
STEP 10/14
When the spicy vegetables are cooked to a certain extent, add the cut squid mouth and stir-fry.
STEP 11/14
When the squid's mouth is cooked to a certain extent, add cooking wine to blow away the fishy.
STEP 12/14
Now add onions, peppers, and seasonings and stir-fry over high heat and boil them down.
STEP 13/14
When the soup is all boiled down, use sesame oil for the last time
STEP 14/14
Put rice on a plate and stir-fried squid in the other half and finish it with sesame seeds.^^
When you stir-fry squid's mouth, it tastes good when you stir-fry it without soup
It would be even more fantastic if you put a fried egg on half-cooked eggs. lol
