You know that the texture of squid mouth is very chewy, right? It's really good.. I decided to put it up because it's a food ingredient that people don't use often. It's easier to get ingredients than you think, even if it's spicy or grilled butter.. The texture is amazing, but this time, I made it with rice. If you stir-fry it with one pan, it's good as a side dish for drinking, especially if you mix it with rice. It's so simple to make, so I strongly recommend it, so try a special bowl of rice

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Cut the green onion into 0.5*0.5.

Slice 3 whole garlic slices thinly and chop them into the same size as green onions.

Cut the squid mouth, the main ingredient, into 4 pieces and remove any hard foreign substances inside.

Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and pepper in advance.
