STEP 1/7
Slice the eggplant thinly in length.
STEP 2/7
Now, I'm going to put the chopped eggplants on an ungreased pan and grill them.
Season it a little and cook it over medium heat, turning it back and forth so that it doesn't burn. When the eggplant's breath dies and it becomes flexible, it's all cooked.
STEP 3/7
I'll fry the beef first. Put the beef in a pan, season it with salt and pepper, and cook it. Then add the spaghetti sauce and boil it so that the beef and sauce mix together.
STEP 4/7
I'll make eggplant rolls. Place a moderate amount of cheddar cheese and spinach on the toasted eggplant and roll it.
STEP 5/7
Place the pre-made beef tomato sauce in an oven bowl. Place eggplant rolls on top of it. You have to put the ends of the eggplant roll down so that the eggplant roll won't come loose, right? And sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
STEP 6/7
Put it in the oven and cook it, right?
I baked it in a 200 degree oven for about 15 minutes. If mozzarella cheese melts well and the baked color comes out pretty, it's done.
Right! Sprinkle olive oil on the spinach before putting it in the oven to make it more delicious.
STEP 7/7
I did plating!
Can you see the cheddar cheese in the eggplant roll melted out? As expected, you can't stand the spilled cheese. The mozzarella cheese on top of the eggplant roll is also nicely baked. I put cheddar cheese and spinach in eggplant rolls and rolled them up? I used raw spinach without any seasoning. You don't need to season it because you eat it with sauce and cheese anyway.
If you make eggplant rolls like this, I think people who don't like eggplants will be able to eat them well. You can choose the ingredients that suit your taste. It'd be great, right? It's a delicious snack as well as a side dish that goes well with wine! Why don't you try making it?
When you grill eggplants, it burns if you cook them on high heat? If you grill it slowly over medium-low heat, moisture comes out of the eggplant and it's baked deliciously.
