Squeeze the water out of the frozen tofu with your palm

Cut tofu into 1cm thick slices

Spread the oil thinly in a pan with a kitchen towel
Bake tofu cut over low heat.
Add a bit of salt to your taste

After washing the shredded cabbage in water
Drain on a strainer

Season 1 egg with salt and pepper, beat finely, drain and mix with chopped cabbage

Pour the cabbage well mixed in the egg mixture into an oiled pan, shape it, and cook over low heat, and turn it over when the egg mixture is half cooked.

Spread mustard sauce on golden-roasted tofu, and top with cheese.

Put the cooked cabbage on top of the cheese
Cover the tofu with the sauce side facing inward.

After cleaning up the cabbage
If you cut it nicely and put it in, it's done.
Tofu should be baked over low heat for a long time to prevent the unique green smell of tofu and remove the remaining moisture.
