Tofu cabbage sandwich, no-meal bread, low-carb diet dish
I made sandwiches using frozen tofu because it was burdensome to eat carbohydrates from bread while dieting.

Cooking Steps

Squeeze the water out of the frozen tofu with your palm

Cut tofu into 1cm thick slices

Spread the oil thinly in a pan with a kitchen towel
Bake tofu cut over low heat.
Add a bit of salt to your taste

After washing the shredded cabbage in water
Drain on a strainer

Season 1 egg with salt and pepper, beat finely, drain and mix with chopped cabbage

Pour the cabbage well mixed in the egg mixture into an oiled pan, shape it, and cook over low heat, and turn it over when the egg mixture is half cooked.

Tofu should be baked over low heat for a long time to prevent the unique green smell of tofu and remove the remaining moisture.
